Dwetiri Book Privacy Policy

Your credit book

You choose what to record: shop and owner names, Mobile Money payment details, customer names and phone numbers, notes, credits, repayments, dates, payment methods, payment references and reminder-consent history. The ledger is stored on your iPhone. The app does not operate a developer-hosted server for this information, and we do not receive your ledger through the app.

When available and enabled for Dwetiri Book, Apple's CloudKit can synchronize ledger data with your private iCloud database under your Apple Account. Synchronization depends on your account, settings, connectivity and Apple's services; it is not a guarantee that every recent change has synchronized. If synchronization is unavailable, the app can keep the book locally. Apple handles iCloud under its privacy policy.

Photos you choose to attach are stored separately on this device and are not synchronized by Dwetiri Book through CloudKit. The app's local data may be included in device backups depending on your Apple settings.

Contacts, photos and device features

The system Contacts picker lets you choose a customer name and phone number. The app uses the selected information; it does not request unrestricted access to your address book. The system photo picker lets you select an image to attach. The current app has no camera capture feature and does not request access to the whole photo library.

If you enable the app lock, Apple's authentication system checks Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Dwetiri Book does not receive your biometric templates or passcode. Optional local notifications use your device's notification permission. These notifications may show a count of customers due, subject to your notification-preview settings.

Reminders and exports

Reminders include the customer name, amount owed, shop name, your payment details and a reference. You choose whether to hand a prepared message to WhatsApp or Messages and whether to send it. Those apps and the recipient then receive information you choose to share under their own policies. Dwetiri Book cannot confirm WhatsApp message delivery. The ledger records reminder activity locally and may synchronize it through your private iCloud database.

PDF statements and CSV exports are created on your device. If you share an export, the selected recipient or app receives its contents. Shared copies are outside Dwetiri Book's control. Customer information should only be entered and shared when you have an appropriate basis to do so; record permission before sending reminders.

Premium purchases

Apple processes Premium subscriptions and payments through the App Store. The app reads Apple's transaction information to determine your entitlement and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card information through the app. Subscription management and cancellation are available through your Apple Account.

Advertising, analytics and support

The app includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites. Apple may provide app diagnostics to developers according to your Apple device settings. If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you send; please avoid including customer records unless needed to explain an issue.

Retention and deletion

Your ledger remains until you remove it. Settings > Delete all data removes the app's shops, customers, entries, reminder records and local note photos; when CloudKit synchronization is active, ledger deletions can synchronize to your private iCloud database. A synchronization failure can delay changes on other devices. Archiving a customer retains their history; corrections retain original ledger entries. If local photo deletion cannot finish, the app tells you that photo files remain and provides “Retry photo deletion”. Complete that retry to remove those files.

Deleting the app removes its local app data but may leave iCloud data or device backups. You can manage those copies through your Apple Account's iCloud storage and backup settings. Delete any exported files or previously shared copies separately. To ask about support correspondence, contact the email above.

Children and updates

Dwetiri Book is intended as a business tool for adult shop owners. If our practices change, we will update this policy and its date.

Website

This policy describes the iOS app. Opening this website also sends ordinary web-request information, such as your IP address, to its hosting provider. These pages use no advertising, analytics or third-party fonts.
